Baby Massage
Massage is especially good for babies with colic or sleeping disorders but it's also beneficial for all babies in general. The treatment includes baby massage, instructing parents how to massage their baby, nutritional information for the mother and a massage oil.

Champissage (Indian head massage)
Try this treatment when your neck and shoulders feel tight, your head aches, when you feel overwhelmed by stress or you experience sleeping difficulties. Champissage includes massage of the neck, shoulders and scalp with various movements. Treatment ends with a gentle massage.

Cellulite Massage
An effective anti-cellulite treatment consisting of 6 sessions of dry skin brushing and vacuum massage with a specially formulated cream. The price includes a jar of the cream to be used at home.

Chocolate Massage
Welcome to experience an hour of pampering. This full body massage is done with warm chocolate oil that indulge the senses. Chocolate massage is a gentle and relaxing treatment. It moisturizes and softens the skin, releases muscular tension and stimulates circulation. Chocolate is also known to enhance the brain to release feel-good chemicals, endorphin and serotonin.

Cleopatra's milk bath
An indulging milk bath with cinnamon and honey to relax tired feet. After the bath feet are massaged with avocado oil.

Cupping
Welcome to experience ancient blood cupping at the Sajaniemi country cottage. Cupping consists of the following procedure: first sauna until skin gets hot and reddish, then a massage with pine soap. Next the therapist places suction cups on the skin and after a while removes the cups and punctures tiny holes into the skin with a special tool so that the blood can run out. Cups are re-applied to suck the blood from capillaries. To finish up the treatment skin is washed and massaged once more with pine soap.

Cupping is both relaxing and energizing and leaves a pleasant feeling that can still be experienced the next day. The beneficial effects of cupping lasts for several months. Problems such as muscle tension, headache, migraine, back aches, asthma, arthritis etc. can be treated with cupping. The treatment takes about 1-1,5 hours.

Herbal sauna

In Finnish folklore sauna is known as a place to give birth and to die in 
and to cure all illnesses. Wild herbs have been used for giving extra 
impact alongside tar and spirits. Still in the modern days sauna and 
herbs are recognized as cures for the body and mind. At Loppi you have 
the opportunity to try out a traditional detoxifying sauna treatment. 
The mild heat of the sauna combined with the effects of the herbs clean, 
detoxify and invigorate the body. For extra boost thin branches of birch, 
juniper or even stinging nettle can be used to gently whip the body while 
sitting in the sauna enjoying a foot bath. 
After the sauna fresh water and herbal tea are served.

Massage
Massage brings a quick relief to tense and stiff muscles. It relaxes, eases pain and stimulates metabolism. Pressing acupoints during the massage increases the effect of the treatment.

Reflexology
Reflexology is done by pressing and massaging the feet where each part of the body has it's corresponding area. The treatment is relaxing, stimulates circulation and boosts metabolism. It's beneficial in treating problems of digestion, constipation, various aches and pains, back aches, hormonal imbalances etc.

Reflexology for babies
Very beneficial for babies with digestion problems, colic, sleeping disorders, fussy babies and babies that easily fall ill.

Reiki
Reiki energy treatment strengthens your energy, opens blocked energy fields and accelerates the body's ability to heal itself. It also enhances your creativity and guides towards healthy lifestyle.

Relaxation treatment
Is a totally relaxing combination of champissage, reflexology and reiki. The treatment lasts for 2 hours.

Turf sauna
A relaxing sauna treatment is done in a mild sauna with a turf blend massaged onto the entire body to stimulate metabolism and detoxify. Suitable for treating tense muscles, aches, hormonal problems etc. Turf sauna only available at the Sajaniemi cottage.
